Greeting Brothers. I have already lived for a while withing your domain but have yet to formally agree to your charter and give my oath. The Dominion hereby declares its oath to the Brotherhood and Kane. My Nation will stand by all articles or the Charter and stay loyal to all of the Brotherhood. In joining we request that we be allowed to join either the military or Black Hand branch. The Dominion currently posses a large military in proportion to its population. we posses very advanced technology particularly in genetics. The Dominion also proposes that potentially we add a research and science branch to the Brotherhood that is focused on developing new technologies for the brotherhood. If this is approved then the Dominion will request joining this branch instead.
