account security is your responsibility. Also its irrelevant who used the account to "cheat" or break the rules. So as per your statement, the ban is then correct and permanent. also you been answered before as well.

We are also very frustrated that the answers to these questions people ask here are already available to them to read without having to copy and paste it from the very pages they should read it from. Here is the support page on game bans, since the ban on your account is not even a VAC ban but it would work the same if it was :

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
