as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. Irrelevant what it says ingame. There are a few reasons for a gameban, yes cheating is one of those reasons, but not the only reason. Also this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. so go to your profile and click on the info button next to your gameban

Game bans and VAC bans are two different things handle by different systems.

Yes we know. Which is not a VAC ban and Valve Anti-Cheat had nothing to do with that ban.

Regardless no one here or even Steam support can remove game bans.

Correct Valve does not remove cs2 game bans.
