Ethanol based hand disinfectant needs to be a minimum of 60% but ideally 70% to be effective. The legal minimum in the UK is 60%.

I just used PGA (90%+) in a little spritz bottle.

Also works great on brain cells.

That also happens to be the percentage of brain cells that are kilt.

Coming up to three months since my last relapse and drinking binge. I've only had a handful of relapses over the last few years and they never last longer than a day or two until I come to my senses but one drink is one too many.
