The better question is how many calories do you consume per day.
It is a rotation of 4-6 planned isocaloric meals per day. No exceptions.
Further details withheld.
Impressive. Dedication.
Yeah, feels good to burn those calories.
i am a men's physique competitor, i suppose i could call myself that now.
my calories per day change as required by what i need to do for my physique. i discuss it with my coach and we do the monster math before making changes. so its a little too complex to just write it in 20 words or less.
if you were looking for an opinion on your diet, i would consider it 'definitely not for me' and leave it at that.
yeah this is how it is, at the lower body fat % you actually need to eat so much more because your fat stores will not sustain you. its something i miss about training strongman in the past. i didnt feel hungry ever. lol.
now, if im late by minutes my stomach hurts ... alot lol.
But dang! I knew you were into fitness but never knew you did Strong-Man training. They are some of the toughest people in the world.
It is always a joy when the bell is lit up.
Check out the easiest part about dedication. There is no willpower.
If we leave it up to that; it can wobble. It changes on whim.
When we just do something it becomes part of a process that happens no matter what.
There is no possibility of failure. Things just happen like clockwork.
It's EASY!
ahah, yes. thats the finest source of protein
oh cheers! i wasn't able to rank high in strongman, but i, and others, definitely appreciate the compliment.
some are suggesting we are living in a rare situation with the current group of strongmen. some also say the strongest man to have ever lived is alive right now, there are insanely strong people out there, quite a marvel.
a lot of these guys have cleaned and pressed the thomas inch dumbbell and picked up the dinnie stones like it was nothing. its incredible, honestly.
lunch: steak and cigarettes
dinner: steak and whiskey
