maybe Sting would know
The soundstage the moon landings were filmed on was only about 100 feet across, so maybe a minute.
:D
The entire area is approx 575 miles and therefore would take around 19 hours to walk.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell slow down there Sonic.
575 miles is the US Government "Groom Box" (aka Area 51), where they filmed the first moon landing, with much more advance technology than we currently have today... allowing for instant phone calls and digitally transferred photos of it to be released in the papers.
Thanks Copilot!
At an uninterrupted walking pace, it would take 4.5 days.
Thanks again, Copilot!
I like your username and chews apple gif.
I just read you can jump 11 feet in the air on the moon. It would be fun to bound around the moon like you're running in slow motion.
How long would it take to walk around the Moon?
A 2014 NASA study looked at the theoretical maximum walking speed on the Moon, finding that you could walk at 5km/h before you would need to break into a loping run. At this speed, you would travel the 10,900km circumference of the Moon in 91 days of non-stop walking
C'mon, it will be fun. Hmm, I wonder just how dark the dark side of the moon is...
