Too vast, many styles and genres, not too late but some genres are more forgiving than others while those other genres are the opposite and will attempt to destroy your soul.

i'd recommend playing an instrument to learn tone and rhythm first, then move into singing and vocal lessons.

Ok, they were late 20's, but the one dude was I believe. I'm sure they were older by time people caught on. I don't ever recall them being young at anytime in their career. Either way we all start somewhere. If music is your passion, then don't let age hold you back.

most people figure out they wanna have something to do with music pretty early (if they do) to be able to restain before presenting themselves to global audience is an admirable trait. The mona lisa wasn't exhibited the first day mr piss drinker decided to paint it
