Nah, too cold outside.
But we know nutrition primarily and exercise helps.
I've been working out for many years as my mental focus was to "endure the workout pains now or ensure the medical pains later". I don't drink alcohol nor smoke. I drink 2L of pure water a day at least and get plenty of rest. My medical record has been mostly flawless.

you didnt gain it overnight, so you take your time losing it, day by day, just do a little bit every day.
try to drop smoking and drinking ! These habits can throw you off your game. the best physique competitors i know do not smoke or drink. and they look like they're carved from granite lol.
