lmao im 5'5 and 195 lbs, i have to sleep with a cpap and check my bp now like a granny

guys pls for the love of god, take a bare minimum of 15 minutes a day to walk and let your fave fast food place/alcohol stay a treat. If a dog eats nothing but doggy treats hes gonna get ♥♥♥♥♥

Editing to say that I've started having adrenaline dumps which lead to panic attacks. But unlike panic attacks, they aren't caused by emotional stress. I literally could just be sitting and doing nothing and I have a panic attack that comes in waves. I've literally been having them daily and every time I think I'm dying of a heart attack.

I have been meaning to start walking, but the alcohol is what stops the constant aching. It's not going away. I'll just walk more once I start walking.

It really sucks. No alcohol, no weed, but hey I actually kinda like walking and listening to music. Been listening to the old Boomerang Groovies lmfao, they go hard

I looked it up and it doesn't even seem obese really.
Yeah, I'm not My 600 lb Life tier, but I'm considered just above overweight. Obese is a medical term with many tiers but casually I think just fat would be the way to describe me.

At least I didnt have to buy new clothes since I already enjoyed wearing baggy stuff. So, when I lose this all, I'll still be wearing the same stuff lmao.

Feels bad moment... in many cases, bigger people are just caused by biological lottery which makes it harder for many to maintain a healthy weight.

But we know nutrition primarily and exercise helps.

I've been working out for many years as my mental focus was to "endure the workout pains now or ensure the medical pains later". I don't drink alcohol nor smoke. I drink 2L of pure water a day at least and get plenty of rest. My medical record has been mostly flawless.

its really good you're using the positive air pressure machine to help you breathe at night, thats really going to help your mood and energy levels.

everyone has ups and downs, today's ifbb pro physique is tomorrows big chungus.

you didnt gain it overnight, so you take your time losing it, day by day, just do a little bit every day.

try to drop smoking and drinking ! These habits can throw you off your game. the best physique competitors i know do not smoke or drink. and they look like they're carved from granite lol.

fat is future muscle mass just waiting to happen. 💪😎
