Nathan Hochman, the lead prosecutor of LA, never seems to charge anyone with crimes, even if there is a dismembered 15 year old in D4vid's unreported stolen Tesla in a junkyard, with videos of Celeste and D4vid joking about statutory **** on a Twitch stream. I understand Nathan has to wait on the autopsy report to find out if it was murder, but there are a host of other charges that can be filed to hold D4vid in the mean time.
