P.S. I don't advocate for any violence. I was only answering a hypothetical question. I would like to assume people would work together in real life to solve food crisis issues but unfortunately we all know that probably won't happen.

Sorry to say it, but if the States collapses then so do other countries. Maybe not at first but it will have a domino effect. In some shape or way other countries will feel the pinch, massive amounts of immigration, food, supply shortage. Other countries would only succumb to this chain of events.
You don't need nationality to live there, and there are plenty of ways to stay indefinitely.
Government website is not going to say you can buy any documents as long as you pay the right person.
Israel and Russia already making their own town here.
Dunno about Mexico though.
I would build a under water fortress in the deep ocean with its own shopping mall etc mini city and route my gpu and cpu into the ocean for ultimate water cooling lol
