Cloudflare outage disrupts X, OpenAI, PayPal and major online games
A widespread Cloudflare outage early Tuesday knocked major platforms offline, including X, OpenAI, and top multiplayer games, as the company investigates a server issue tied to scheduled datacenter maintenance.

The trouble began around 6 a.m. Eastern time, when Cloudflare’s support portal provider reported technical issues. Soon after, users saw widespread degradation on X and outages across major multiplayer titles such as League of Legends and Valorant, according to Downdetector reports.
