this woman saved herself because she recorded what she was doing that day, proving she didn't do it. Some people just end up in jail like this for doing absolutely nothing.

You really should just be constantly recording yourself, ideally on hardware that can't be made to corrupt the data and storing it on offline storage. Just this is a pain and inconvenient so almost no one (myself included) does it.
