not having an interesting topic

ya ever had someone who, no matter what, you were wrong in their eyes? where regardless of whether or not you told the truth, or were kind or harsh in your words, they were angry? someone with such a hair trigger temper, say maybe a parental figure, can cause a lot of damage to a young persons brain as they grow older.

you feel meek, you feel like nothing you say matters. you start getting quiet when you talk because you realise that nobody cares what you have to say anyway.

then you get accused of not talking enough, or speaking too quietly. which just damages your confidence even more. so you withdraw even more, until eventually you just do not speak at all.

Anger can stop me talking. If I am angry and suddenly go quiet, it is not a good omen.

Having nothing worth to say?

i tried to find something productive to do and level up for a long time but I couldn't. i've been wasting my life trying to sort through all the online jokes and funny videos people have made just to find something i can use. people with time and money to spend on jokes, and funny memes actually made my life very difficult to get anything important or productive done.

In my case I don't care much for small talk. Talking about the weather gets real old real fast when you can see the weather already and there is no guarantee it will be what they say it will be tomorrow,

Talking about who's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who and who's getting fat doesn't interest me. If we aren't talking about important things I'm out.

And let's be honest here ... it is that kind of talk that keeps most conversations going.
