From what I heard, it is represents one scenario. But it could hardly be considered THE truth. What actually happens ? Well Imma bring your own quote back to you.
"once you understand yourself, its only then you will understand the universe"
Where you go depends on where you are. What you are and what you have been. If you know yourself, only then can you really predict where you are going.
Overwhelming evidence from past life regression, near-death and shared-death experience shows that the experiences are specific to the individuals. Similar or same experiences stem from shared identities and beliefs. Whats expected is often what you people get. No wonder there are so many of ghost/lost souls around. Many just repeat the last thing they were doing and essentially are not going anywhere, unaware they are dead.
I don't expect to experience the scenario presented by the movie. That trial type settings is what many describe as not even the real after-life. Its like you think you went outside, but you merely entered the foyer. Its in a whats called "lower astral realm" which is considered adjecent to this physical reality. There are worlds far beyond this.
A thematically similar movie to this is the animated movie called Soul (2020). That movie is also not well known, but those who seen it praise it lots for the spiritual truth elements.
Me and my GF are into philsophy and we watched movie: Defending your life. It made us philosophize.
Don't be a fool, be a foolosopher.
That sobering fact helps you deal with lot of questionable garbage and intents in life.
You stop breathing. Then you go unconscious. And then you can't move anymore.
It's a wild ride.
you only need to really understand Yeshua's teachings. read the Tanakh\ Bible \ Quran. you chose, but that's a good starting point.
modern philosophy is sadly built around the idea of finding ways to justify their laziness to become better people, by judging badly other people who believe because they WORKED.
it's just like movie critics.
if you really want the keys to knowledge, start by reading and studying holy and ancient books. do NOT take them literally, that's what I mean with STUDY.
the first sentence of Genesis in the Torah is made of 7 words... and if you reallly go look the Hebrew meaning of the words....a whole new world can appear in front of you Mind and Heart.
that's where you are...in the Middle....between Mind and Heart, between Intelligence and Sentiment.
but you need to apply yourself, to be coherent with what you mostly judge of a higher state of being. because most people say they believe in something, but they act INCOHERENT with their beliefs. that's what gets you in trouble. peace be with you, but more than that.... Joy, and you need to sacrifice yourself.
is the individual trying to convince us that he contains these virtues, or himself?
Then how did the vandalism happen? I didn't do it. And I live by myself. It happened while I was asleep.
I paid a weird little man from Montreal to do it. I'm sorry.

You with video games and endless entertainment and useless plastic that does nothing but collect dust.. Socrates once said, he loved going to the markets and see all the stuff that he doesnt need.
Good Luck ';..;' Ignorance is a choice in the era of information.
But it would seem strange to me that god would create all of this, only to give us one little speck and send us to hell or heaven for eternity if we dont believe in him. Sounds sus as ♥♥♥♥.
I dont think when you die thats it either, nothing is created or destroyed but merely transformed into something else. At the very least your molecules will be recycled into something else. From stars we come and to stars we will go.
I dont really play games for the dopamine. I did get addicted to the adrenaline from it for sure.
But do you get dopamine from reading books and living there? If it wasnt video games, it would be my head.
The real world is broken, and I agree most people are sleepwalking through it. But the hyperparathyroidism is slowly wearing me down and out for the count. Doesnt feel like death is to far off these days.
All I play anymore is singleplayer games, still programming my own game engine, but i play a few games a week for my counter strike drop and thats about the only multiplayer action I get. and its so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible, watching demos and people are obviously looking through the walls.
Hard to get much dopamine from a 42% winrate either.
:Shrugs:
That movie may be useful if you use it as a stepping stone. Maybe there is something more?
But really its nothing more than a reincarnation trap. Puts the idea in your head so you end up dooming yourself and coming back to this broke ass reality. It potentially does more harm than good.
Plenty of people know very well what happens after they die, because they either remember the last time or they are in contact with those who remember and have higher scientific understanding of things.
