Opinion about Dexter?
I didnt even watch the show but I saw some edits and i saw some funny memes of detective doekes (idk how to write his name) and the music or some lines that got famous.
Also, i found out it had a huge wave and influence in other series.

My friend also watches it rn and is a big fan, I also want to watch it but im gonna finish "You" first.

Dexter sucks but some of the killers are okay.

Solid first few seasons then post John Lithgow arc it starts to get pretty stupid.

Never really followed it after the first show so no comments on the spinoffs and sequel/prequels.

a very cute cartoon with a lot of clever jokes and refrences kids couldn't understand, rewarching it as an adult is wayyyy more fun.
especially when you realize dexter is an Ahole kid that deserves the torment from his sister, who honestly just wants to have fun together

Overall a good show. Seasons 1-4 & 7 are great. Season 5 is meh, and seasons 6 & 8 are awful. Terrible ending for an otherwise good show.

I watched the prequel show, it’s actually a lot of fun. Never saw the other shows though.

I have to finish watching it, I liked it BUT

It did get a bit unnecessary on the sex part in it just felt like they could not fill it with good story or dialogue and chose to put that in it to chew up some screen time.

If you instead wanna talk about Mr.Morgan, then the first few seasons were great, but pretty avarage after that and nothing after that is worth the time.

Always really liked the character as an idea but I dislike the concept of extended shows that drag on with unnecessary drama and filler and lose focus quickly. It definitely had many memorable moments and lines (Masuka was pretty funni)

The show is good, up until about season 3. The books are absolute trash. The books actually have magic in them, Dexter isn't crazy in the book he is possessed by a demon of murder and has telepathic battles with people who are possessed with similar demons. Absolutely not what I was expecting after the show.
