Religion as a whole is incompatible the modern world.

There's nothing Islamophobic about citing what Islamists say they want to do to the west or pointing out numerous times they've committed terrorist attacks in an effort to promote those goals.

Also, there are many nations around the word dealing with Islamic terrorists that don't care at all for Israel. Israel is a very small piece on the global stage when it comes to terrorism from these groups and has nothing to do with it at all in the majority of cases.

Religion doesn't play nearly as big a role there as people think. The original Zionist project was largely secular in nature, and so was the Palestinian resistance until the rise of Hamas.

Zionism is not problematic, radical Zionism or ultra-Zionism is. A belief that people have right to live in Israel is not problematic.

Islamophobia is problematic because it's hostile towards Islam's believers. Islam, Judaism, and Christianity worship same God, but these believers disagree on his law. Common ground is a better answer to problems than favoring either side.

Also the Bedouin tribes that supported Israeli Independence. Israel is also home to Russians, Ukrainians, European travelers, and more. In comparison some countries in Middle East like Saudi Arabia are hostile towards immigrant workers or outright enslave them.
