Why has "the" 16 different words in German? And why is a table male, a door female, and a house neutral, and a car depending on the word all of it? It´s random, right?

People perhaps make jokes about the German language, but that´s different to hate and perfectly fine. I´m unsure if anyone hates any language besides the need to learn it in school.

In Portuguese, tables, doors and houses are female. I guess the guy who invented it was a simp. Cars are usually male, though.

German is pretty cool... It either sounds super effeminate, or really angry for no reason, depending on who is talking.

Though Germany is responsible for 2 world wars, out of 2 world wars, so I can understand why they may not be liked.

Them rounded vowels are whack, much like the French.

No, German is a good language, slightly ahead of English, hugely better than Chinese. The best asset of German is cool naming of definitive objects/situations, and organizations like; Kriegsmarine, Nebelwerfer, Panzerschreck, Schwerer Gustav, Schadenfreude...

Honestly I think it has to do with how they make long words more than anything, but I doubt there is any real hate for the language.
