It's a trade off. It gives speed boost because it turned off the usage data for predictive data preloading. Something like app suggestion, some antivirus, parental control, etc might not work as a result.

Im only suggesting only do this if you don't trust a certain model of android that doesn't need those access

or just disable all apps you dont use
and blocking apps from using storage/data/contacts/cam/mic and everything else is just common sense
