hello valve support yes i seriously played with cheats sorry csn you unban me& i dont do that again you ll see for yoerself or at least unban me in a month i had prime status

User forum, no support here

Bans are permanent. You AGREED to that before you played the game with cheats

If you want to play on secure servers again you'll need to create a new account just like all the other cheaters

There is no help here regarding your account. Most bans are final and can not be contested. You know the rules going in, if not that's your fault.
