I wouldn't worry about it unless the issue happens again.

The PC shutting down and then refusing to start again can either be overheating, which I think we can rule out here, or the PSU tripping OPP (Over Power Protection), meaning the system tried to pull more power than the PSU can supply.

i d run mem test while DOCP is enabled . The culprit might be DOCP but might be other thing . I d do some stress tests too .CPU/GPU

docp is amds name for xmp

with only 2 dimms in dual channel (same colored slots) it should work just fine

4 dimms have problems hitting higher speeds, depending on the cpu
with non matching dimms/kits you cant use xmp/docp, you will need to find and test for compatible speeds/timings/voltage for all kits

I'm pretty sure it's DOCP causing this since I had it enabled again a while ago and had the same issue.Maybe I should start turning off my PC when not using it and not leaving it in sleep mode.Last uptime was 22 days according to the task manager.

we have a PC with DDR4 3600MT/s (in dual channel) works pefectly . I run a PC with DDR4 2400MT/s in dual channel -default of this RAM , works great . i dont complain of low FPS . i mean you might try 2400MT/s too

The RAM is 3600MT/s but i run it at 2400MT/s , the mobo has limits .

I used to have it at non DOCP at 2888MHz or something and it worked fine.I mean the fps gain is almost non existent.I will revert the DOCP to Auto and hopefully I won't have any issues.

it really depends on if its 4 matching dimms

if it is, enable docp, then manually lower the ram to the next bump down
will keep the timings and voltage from the xmp profile but with a lower freq

if its non matching dimms/kits
first, reset bios to defaults
then set ram voltage to 1.35v if its ddr4, or 1.25v if its ddr5

then you just raise freq til unstable, then back down 1, then lower cl til its unstable, then up 1

testing at each step with a usb bootable image of memtest86+

DOCP and XMP are NEVER guaranteed. Period. People never seem to talk about that bit and they can absolutely cause stability issues. Run a widows memory test and see what it says.

Or their DOCP isn't stable which is possible as DOCP and XMP are never guaranteed to work.
