Maybe someone will do something!
Hi!
I may not be the first to bring up this topic, but I'm really tired of it and want it fixed somehow. Here is my correspondence with the support service.

At the end, I will write down what I propose.

Hello.
I think you have probably encountered this problem that has not been solved for a very long time. The support service has known about this problem for a long time. I've already written to them 10 or maybe 20 times in a couple of years, but as you can see, the problem has not been fixed.

This topic is awaiting analysis by our automated content check system. It will be temporarily hidden until we verify that it does not contain harmful content (e.g. links to websites that attempt to steal information).

https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/groups/tradingcards/discussions/2/4032476411652390310/

October 2nd, and today is November 13th. It's been 6 weeks.

The bot considers two links posted in the topic to be scam-links!
That is, the bot considers STEAM to be a scam resource, namely the STEAM trading platform and the STEAM store to be scam because both gems and TF2 keys are internally STEAM products.
The bot that needs to check the topic after editing marks it as untested, and then nothing happens for hours, days, weeks, months, and possibly years, although, checking usually takes a few seconds.
I think there should be a special person who controls such bot-tagged topics, but apparently he was either fired or he's not doing his job.

Once again,
I ask you to pay attention to this problem and fix it. I'm also not really interested in sending you a new report every week or month because of this glitch or bot malfunction.

Hello,

We apologize for the delay with reviewing your content. It can sometimes take a day or two for our system to review your content due to the data load. We will get to it.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Kind Regards

I'm sorry, you write day or two? Have you read my message to you? It hasn't been a day or two, it's been 42 days, forty-two days, if you can't see the numbers of days!

The problem is with your bot and it hasn't been solved for a very very very long time. Your bot considers you scammers, namely, your resource is scam resource for him, is that clear to you? and when will you repair it?

Okay, let's do this, write me the time of day or night (GMT) when your system is experiencing the most load and I won't edit the topic at that time. It's more convenient for me than writing to you every time.

Hello,

We apologize for the delay with reviewing your content.

The Auto Content Check System was made for moderating any possible suspicious content related to account theft or scamming in order to protect every user.

Unfortunately, there is no more information we can provide to mitigate this issue.

As we value feedback from the Steam community, I'm forwarding your comments on to the appropriate department.

Additionally, if you wish to share an opinion, suggestion, or idea with the community as well, please visit the Suggestions/Ideas section of the Steam Discussion forums.

This forum is regularly read by Valve's development team.

Because we have provided all the information we have for your issue I'm closing this help request. If you have an unrelated issue please open a new help request and we will be happy to help.

And now!
Today is November 26th, and as you can see, my topic is undergoing inspection again.
What do I suggest?
I suggest that the programmer who programs the bot make sure that the bot checks such deferred topics every hour, or every 3 hours, or every 6 hours, or 12 hours, or 24 hours, and then maybe people like me won't have to constantly write to the support service. Or appoint a person who will check them manually, topics postponed by this non-working bot.

Fault report.
It's been 2 days since I created this theme, and 11 days since my other theme was frozen by a faulty bot, I'm wondering when the bot will be fixed or when someone will do something.

If you think it's slow now, force the bot to check more frequently, and things will drag to a crawl....

Steam support leaves a lot to be desired..... Don't know what they are payin' for it, but, whatever it is, it's too much.....

I think you didn't understand what I wrote.

I suggest setting up the bot to double-check the topics that it has stuck on, so that it does it again after a while when it is not busy. Or for a human to do it, because I don't think there are hundreds or thousands of such suspended topics due to the fault of a bot.
