It's been 2 days since I created this theme, and 11 days since my other theme was frozen by a faulty bot, I'm wondering when the bot will be fixed or when someone will do something.
Steam support leaves a lot to be desired..... Don't know what they are payin' for it, but, whatever it is, it's too much.....
I suggest setting up the bot to double-check the topics that it has stuck on, so that it does it again after a while when it is not busy. Or for a human to do it, because I don't think there are hundreds or thousands of such suspended topics due to the fault of a bot.

There are thousands of requests daily, that need to be checked. This takes time, since the next day there will be thousands of new requests again.
You posting this here is not gonna help this problem at all.
If you think that spammers are working in the support service, you should write to them, and also keep in mind that you may be permanently blocked for false denunciation, then you definitely won't be able to write stupid comments anymore.

First of all you didn't get, what James wrote you.
He already mentioned, that he has passed your "suggestion" to the right people.
The next sentence was meant this way: If you have any future suggestions, post them in suggestions/ideas and don't spam the support with it.
You did spam the forum with the same problem instead.
That is why I wrote: Stop spamming.
