Is there a way to shuffle purchased soundtracks together, so its songs get mixed together, rather than being played from one game only?

am I only one who listens to soundtracks via steam? I might be the only person to be doing that

anyways, any help is appreciated— although I would rather avoid using another program, since I would need to learn how to do that

Steam's music is rudimentary. It doesn't have much in the way of bells and whistles, even a playlist function. You're better off loading the local files into a dedicated music player if you want something more. Remember that Winamp really whip's the llama's ass.
