Graphics Issues
Having some issues with my steam games. Graphics on all games have started to freeze on startup, rendering the games unplayable. The game is still running properly in the background and the controls still work. Its just a graphics issue. I've downloaded and been able to play the games before, but seemingly randomly, I'm getting the freezes now. I've already tried verifying the integrity of files, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the games several times. I've also tried updating drivers for my graphics card, cycling the power on my computer, as well as clearing caches and temporary files. I'm not too sure what else I could be missing or what else I can try but willing to give any suggestions a shot.

Have you tried a clean install of your GPU drivers? Whenever I install a new driver I always do a clean install of it.

Failing that, have you changed any system settings recently? specifically any graphics settings that could override the game settings, this could be a GPU piece of software installed that manages the graphics settings.

I haven't changed any settings. The Exact series of events was my launching the game. Playing end exiting. Coming back later even the same day and having the issue.

I don't think it's game specific as it affects all games, if it was me, I'd be looking at system settings or graphic card settings that could be overriding the in-game options. Hopefully, a reinstall of your drivers will fix it. The only drawback to a clean install is, if you have any issues with the new driver you can't roll back to an earlier version as they have been removed. Your games are not working at the moment anyway, so it's a risk worth taking in my opinion.
