Items got stolen
My items got stolen 5 days ago, but it says there are no trades that can be reserved.
Can I get them back?
In my history it says that my steam mobile authenticator was just logged in somewhere else.
I have already taken all safety precautions to safe my account.

Hijacked. Malware or phishing.

Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

sad that I cant get my items back although I used the steam mobile guard and replied within 5 days
