Steam deck purchase
If I receive steam gift cards as a gift can I use them towards the purchase of a steam deck?

Sure, you can redeem your gift card to your steam wallet which you can then use to purchase a steam deck.

That won't run PC games at all. It doesn't even have an x86 processor.
