Steam should add an option to share games (like a Steam family group) but especially for friends.

It's not slow at all. A friend of mine bought a game and I had this game available to me pretty much the instant he bought it.

To share games with people outside the family sharing group?
Because that's totally not going to become a way to 'rent' games or anything like that.
