No. The current family sharing, which is actually better than the old one because it doesn't hog down the entire library (think games in a CD box: if you play a game, you take out *that* CD; other family members can still use the other CDs), also tries to curb the massive abuse that was seen on the old system.
Steam is a game-seller -- they want to sell games, not have people borrow them to each other. Publishers, which are an EXTREMELY important group of Steam customers, also want to SELL games.
Anything that effectively boils down to you wanting to play games for free isn't going to make it onto Steams ToDo list. They have no intention of killing their own business.
