Will this game still be getting updates?

I recently came back and was so happy to found that dev also wanted to return to Raiders in the future. So I'll share my ideas on what could be added in the potential sequal. 1. Vehicles (and perhaps oil) Need I say more? Mad Max cars or Waterworld boats are so cool! And maybe oil can be added as a new resource. 2. Even more ideas for the new content! 1. Raiders under level 10 only occupy 0.5 population In early games, especially in hard mode setting, 5 lvl 1 ragtags without armor simply isn't enough to defeat even the weakest caravan, which pretty much force you to dump initial leadership points to logistics to enlarge party size. My idea is make newbies under lvl 10 be labeled as "Dog Sh*t" and veterans above lvl 10 as "Private". "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" can be treated as cannon fodders and occupy only 0.5 popul...
