If om a mission you will trigger a trap and it'll deal 6 DMG for example, you will see red "-6" text above your party 2 times. Like -6 -6.

Why would you make the waiting to attack cool down increase depending on your dwarfs level? Now with higher leveled dwarfs I just spend more time waiting for them to be allowed to attack which means I spend less time playing the game. I understand the other cool downs because it's a chance for purchases and other things but the attack cool down can't be skipped and it just adds to longer time of doing nothing...
