So, something happened to me on a 'The Balkan Wars' playthrough. I tried to ironman it as Imperial Germany and got pretty close. I kicked in the doors of both France and Russia quite easily after an artillery and marine spam. I liberated Constantinople with the Greeks and it the area turned yellow and became its own region of two provinces I think. Constantinople is Greek and Balsa is Turkish and both are in the yellow. Problem is the land cannot be clicked on like it doesn't exist. Every other province in the world I can click on but not those two.
