I've unlocked all the scenes, CG and 8 of the ero photos, but I'm missing the large photo that's under thee ero photos, what am I missing to unlock this?

There seems to be an issue with the pause button in the upper left corner: It doesn't work. I tried to go back to the main menu because I clicked to go back to the room on accident, and due to that, I couldn't move forward with the game at all. Since the button doesn't work, and pressing Esc doesn't bring up a menu, I had to Alt+F4 to get out of it. Also, no matter what I do, and I did look at the walkthrough as well, I cannot get the first of Haruka's panties (when viewed in the panty collection)....
