Recently when launching, my game has been INCREDIBLY LAGGY, to an unplayable point, and I've noticed whenever I alt+tab out of the game window, there are sometimes up to 4 other instances of the game running on my PC. Please help me, i really want to play this game but this is making it very difficult for me to do so....

been thinking about getting this game but i can only play games in short bursts.

After completing the Cashapp quest, my screen keep rocking back and forth every few minutes with the sounds of waves. It was an effect that arrive specifically with one of the cashapp supported website selling a cruise. Once leaving that website, the effect keep going and it makes playing the game unpleasant. I tried a new save game and have the same problem. I can't seem to solve this. Where do I remove this f*cking ♥♥♥♥....
