How do you figure out all combinations of the 6 numbers. I am at a blank. Starting to hate this game!

So I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and tried every compatibility option in the trouble shooting options. The game opens a window says it is loading but then closes the window and does nothing. No error stated anywhere, nothing. Normally I would check the game files but everything is in Russian and that does not help me. I also made sure it is not being blocked by my firewall. Any ideas?...

I'm trying to get into the thug's hideout in the alley. I saw the fire escape ladder, and released the handbrake on the truck, but the truck won't move. I looked up the solution at UHS, but it only said to release the brake and the truck would move on its own. In my game it's not. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks....
