The game does not launch

the game looks red and green everywhere i look as if the colors are inverted or something, any fixes for this issue?

I am trying to run this game on my gaming laptop, it ran perfect when I used it the other day with a monitor but now trying with the laptop itself and its a screen of red and green like discolored. I have no idea whats going on. Ive tried the adding a new system variable, I have turned HDR on and off, I have tried running the game in fullscreen and not fullscreen. I dont know what to do at this point its frustrating any help?...
