I programmed a simple solver that will work for any circle puzzle: https://jsfiddle.net/9wuyLeqr/6/show . To use it just click to cycle a space between empty / blue / red and then click solve. The sequence of moves will appear below. I realize this sort of defeats the purpose of the game, I just made it as a fun little programming challenge.
