no matter what i do, i have no sound, drivers and all are fine, nothing crashed, just zero sound at all (in game, all other sounds are fine on system)

In my experience, demos cannot be played on steam once you purchase the game it is connected to, so I was wondering if the Chronicles of Reustadt can be played after buying the full game? According to VNDB, the demo and full game are two separate stories....
