Account creation does not work, players getting banned for no reason already, critical login errors... So far the new release has not been a competent one. I'm struggling to accept that Pixel Worlds is already gone and that this is some sick joke. If Social First is not even able to start up the game properly, I doubt about their maintenance thereof.

And before anyone at support says that it is my internet, I have a 500/500, speed currently at 435/421; with all services being extremely quick.

We already need a rollback and it hasn't even been 12 hours, which makes this even more pathetic. Unbanning all of those accounts will probably just keep them flagged within the anti ban system, even if not intentionally. I doubt that there are not bugs related to accounts that have been banned already. I would love to have Pixel Worlds back, but I'm not sacrificing my good opinion in the name of corporate greed; I'd rather not play it again, or stick to private servers,

Step up Social First, your new community is already dying.

The launch and servers have been terrible. It says I’ve played this game for 4 hours, but that’s a lie. I spent about 3 hours and 40 minutes just trying to load into the game .The only gameplay I got was attempting to create an account, which didn’t even work. On top of that, mobile users were allowed to purchase gems, which led to all the good worlds being locked, while Steam users were completely blocked from buying gems. The main reason most Steam players waited through the long wait was to create an account and secure a good world, and both of those goals were shot down instantly. I’m sure the game might be fun, but at this point I don't care to find out.
