i made every industy in stuttgart and even leveled most of them i could to lvl 3 but nothing worked to bring me past the quarantines its so frustrating

do you have to do something for that or just build industries outside to complete germany??

I bought long time ago this Logistical. I'm wondering if this is number 1, 2 or Earth? When i'm in game and check the modules most of them are red and not playable. I can play this in green: Australia, Tutorial, Isle of man, ABC Islands, Suriname, Xmas 2017, Indonesia, Texas and Romania. The Tuvalu and Croatia are in grey. Earth in a beige/tan color. The rest is red. Hope someone can help me, I want all modules :)...

I started my last achievement relevant country, Canada and just noticed i am still missing the "complete 3000 towns achievement" I had the same problem with the 2000 towns one. That one fixed itself, when i completed 2000 towns in Germany alone, not in total. But there isnt anything with 3000 towns that i would normally need to do. Any solutions?
