Victory! Earn every Golden award I've got all awards including this one but achievement hasn't unlocked??

Level 16 just wont start, I've tried in both modes and tried re installing but it just doesn't start. The load bar fills and the nothing, I can still move the cursor around but have to alt/tab out or shut the game down with task manager.

Way too many levels have issues with the UI overlapping the buildings, making it impossible to upgrade or destroy them, and therefore very difficult to get gold times. It's a fun game, but this is an infuriating bug that suggests a severe lack of testing. I'd assume it was an issue with my monitor being 4:3 and the game being optimized for widescreen, but the game has a widescreen aspect ratio that's letterboxed in fullscreen mode, so that can't be it....
