i press play on the game profile and it says its running but nothing ever launches i left it for 15 minutes and it eventually closed it self ive tried to re download it and ive done all the fixes i can find and nothing is working

I have read most (but not all) of the threads "troubleshooting" RtK both here and at GOG. I had no problem launching the game. just bought the game. clicked play. but not launching. anyone else having this issue?

All, During the in game dialogue, I get blurry text where I can barely make it out. I have a Windows 11 Desktop and I have tried a few common solutions with no success. Has anyone encountered this before?

Clicking Play causes a brief flash of the window that indicates the game is launching, followed by about 5 seconds of the cursor showing the computer is busy, then the cursor returns to normal and nothing happens. RtK.exe just sits in my Task Manager. I've tried Compatability modes, running as Administrator, verifying files (every time I do, there's 2 files that need to be reaquired), running in 800x600, disabling high DPI scaling, editing the RTKRONDOR.INI to disable videos (as well as turning Stretch on...
