after new windows update in fullscreen with nvidia card the game open in a black screen.

Hello there, I purchased this game with the intention of hunting the achievements in it. It looks fun! However I'm concerned that currently the global stats display 0% of players achieving "Completed first level!" Is this broken? If so, is there a fix in the work? Would love a developer comment just so I know if I should refund or not! Thanks!...

whenever I start the game in One Life mode it crashes after a while (even before the first enemy appears). the regular mode works fine, though.
