somebody knows how to turn off the 60 fps limit ? and/or put the game on 144hz

Hi, so i saw this youtube video where this user was able to unlock the FPS. Using some sort of mod or trainer? I really don't want to play this game at 60fps, and the fact that the DEVS can't even come with a quick little update to unlock the fps for this game just baffles me. Anyways, can someone PLEASE tell me how to unlock the fps for this game? I really love this game, and i think it is the best racing game of all time. And its a shame that i am playing this game at 60fps locked....
