Just completed the game with 100% of all documents and audio recordings, unlocking Qualified Detective, but for some reason the other document achievements The Wizard and Medal of Sensitivity are still locked? Additionally, I saw the Pathfinder achievement pop up in-game after finding the last hidden area in the cell (multiple times actually after reloading saves), but after exiting the game I can see that this achievement didn't unlock either :/ Is there a fix for this? Or would I have to play the entir...

Hi, can you help with this achievments or explain what i done wrong. Medal of Honor - I have 100% collectibles (and achievment for this) but don't reach this one. Grim Reaper - I am totally can't understand what i need to do. Complete game 3 times (all time find 3 critters and start new again to take 10 in 1st lvl) but like Medal of Honor achievment this one was not received....
