Been trying to save all this time since it got release to no avail I need help, i tried searching online and tried they're way, that some people said worked for them....It didn't work for me Anyone got suggestion

Trying to farm lost wallet from secret boss and before the fight I ate Nive's food that increase the chances of rare drops and saved the game, then I proceed to fight him and after killing him it didn't dropped the rare, yeah I know it is not guaranteed even with the food buff but I just reset the game and try again.
