Upon reloading into the game i have 200m less than i should have in my bankroll

I loaded into the game and got hit with pop ups that I could not close out. I played a couple of poker games and did not lose any money; if i did, it wasn't considerable (5-10k tables). When I left those games, I was prompted that I had active tables still going. I have cleared out the alleged active tables, but now I'm about 2 million dollars less in my balance. Has anyone experienced this? I like the casino experience with this game, but losing that much over something I couldn't avoid is kind of a bumme...

After having reached the amber chest I got 1.9 billion with a ruby wheel token and 80 millions with a "spin for great fortune" and I saw them added to the total number of chips I own. I disconnected for about 15 minutes and when I got back the chips I just won were removed. And even now, several hours after, they are still missing. What happened ? Seems similar problems also happened to other players from what I can read here and there....

I want to play regular poker against humans, and or blackjack. The other games are so heavily weighted in favor of the house that they are not worth the time, other than to score the milestones. When the featured game is royals, (A,K,Q,J,10 only) I STOP PLAYING and move on. I wait a month for the promotion to die a slow death. I play the absolute minimum on Ultimate Governor as the odds are absurdly in the dealers favor. There is no chance practically speaking on the gold mega-spin toke...

My A's and K's Fullhouse, just lost to a Royal Flush in the same hand. What are the chances of this happening in one hand of cards? This game is so rigged, they are not even hiding it anymore. Lately I have had a number of Full houses, losing to higher Full houses. And Straights losing to higher straights. Now Royal Flushes are appearing like pairs....
