Logic Gate Skins

Complete your NAND challenges to unlock 4 new gate visual styles in the chip designer — each with unique shapes, animations, and rendering:

- Neon — wireframe gates with pulsing cyan glow and energy sweep animations

- Silicon — rectangular IC packages with metallic finish and part numbers (7400, 7408...)

- Brass — octagonal gear-tooth bodies with rivets and spinning cog accents

- Holographic — flickering translucent gates with scanlines and falling data-rain

Select your style in Settings > Skins.

Multi-Core Chips

Core Combiner now upgrades to 4/6/8-core via research. New chip tiers: QC6000 ($220K), HC8000 ($420K), OC10000

($800K). Pin to a specific core count with the manual mode selector.

Variant Card Picks

After each prestige, pick 1 of 3+ variant blueprint cards to permanently add to your collection. New prestige upgrades

let you see more cards, get extra copies, and reroll.

Performance

Major optimizations across the board — cached belt neighbors, batched spatial hash, dirty-flag depth sorting, numeric

hash keys, body sprite caching for ChemicalBath and Buffer. Expect 15-25% FPS improvement in large factories.

Bug Fixes

Research tutorial no longer re-triggers, ghost buildings after prestige fixed, quit game zombie process fixed, puzzle

memory leaks patched, and more.

Performance, Polish & New Visual Effects

A major update focused on making the game run significantly better, look more impressive, and fixing a pile of bugs. Major Performance Overhaul This update includes the largest performance pass yet. Expect meaningful FPS improvements, especially in late-game factories:

• Belt system rewrite — empty belts exit in 3 lines instead of running full logic; neighbor lookups, corner pivots, and input configs are all cached. 15–25% FPS gain with 200+ belts

• Loads of other optimisations, too long to list.

Frame Rate Limit Setting (Settings → Graphics)

New option to set your target frame rate: 30 / 60 / 120 / 144 / 240 / Unlimited.

Bug Fixes

  - Cloud save completely broken — cloud-save-manager.js was using the wrong localStorage key prefix for all read/write

  operations. Conflict detection, sync, restore, and auto-resolve all silently failed. Fixed

  - Machines invisible on first load — machine depth sort cache wasn't invalidating after loading a save, so nothing

  rendered until you changed floors. Fixed

  - Terminal scripting — fixed 5 broken default snippets, added missing wait()/delay() builtins, fixed *=//= operators,

  rewrote syntax highlighter to fix broken nested span markup

  - ControlMachine — storage threshold display always showed null, ultra energy lines rendered fully opaque, second

  input line missing at low/medium quality, range indicator missing at low quality

  - Floor navigation keys (\[ / ]) now visible in keybind settings
