some thoughts on the demo and suggestions im sure have been brought up before

hey i loved this! the vibe is amazing and i love the game wastes no time in putting you in this super bleak and gnarly atmosphere. the gunplay is punchy and satisfying and i feel like the aesthetic pays homage to some greats while still completely doing its own thing. thanks for sharing the demo. i did have a couple things to maybe suggest or critique that im sure others have to and maybe are already being worked on for the full release and couldnt make it in the demo. the main thing is you need a dodge r...

🔪 Take Full Control in Combat— Knife Update

Hey everyone,

A new update for Wall Of Insanity 2 is live.

🔪 You can now use your knife at any moment (Hold Right Mouse Button or LT on controller)

This change gives you much more control in combat and how you approach each encounter, and moment-to-moment decisions.

We’ve also included a few smaller fixes.

Melee function/mechanic

Please consider adding a dedicated command for melee/knife attacks. The main issue I had with the first WOI (and even WOI 2 on mobile) was the constant cycling between knife and gunplay in the middle of battle when trying to conserve ammo.

I think it is a great game!

I loved the OST, well done! I think is one of the best choices for the first map, which for me looks quite lovecraftian. I'm impressed you could pull all that in Unity. Maybe the rigid bodies you have on the first level, add me more mass and change the physics materials, as the bouncing is not realistic, or just remove the rigidbody overall and leave them static and maybe breakable. The SFX is good, and the VFX too. Monsters AI is great, animations good, except the animation transition from scene 1 to sce...

POOR RANGE WEAPON AND INVENTORY SLOTS

Whatever not play limited ammo and carry its just not that is also has a view over lay that makes it heard to see enemy and other issue not for me.
