Reduced Quest Growth health from 5 to 3

Decreased player fall damage

• Players should no longer take 2 damage from falling from small heights

Cultist adjustments

• Reduced Cultist aggression and health

Weeping Angel adjustments

• Fixed not teleporting away in houses and blocking players in doorways

Hand axe adjustments

• Increased damage from 1 to 2

• Cost increased to 100 honor

Increased hammer swing speed

Weapons will not longer be used by pressing "E key"
