Are we censored after all?

Is there any way to cut out the intro logos/videos upon boot? If I start the game in Game mode it will never get to the main menu. Just black screen with a game tab open and video tab open when you hit the Steam button. However in Desktop mode... I can click over to the video window, then back to the game window and the video starts playing behind it. Doing this multiple times for each logo video. Eventually getting to the main menu, I can then go Fullscreen and play. So it's like it does work... But als...
